ATLANTA – For the second straight week, Shekiya Tarpkins (Fort Valley State) was named the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Elise Reilly (Spring Hill) was selected as the Newcomer of the Week, released by the conference office on Jan. 10.
