Atlanta—Morehouse’s Darrius Williams was named Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Player of the Week and April Thomas of Albany State were named SIAC Women’s Player of the Week for the ninth week of the 2012-2013 season, the conference announced today. Stillman’s D’uanaway Barnes and Paine’s Jerel Stephenson were named SIAC Men’s Co-Newcomers of the Week, while Paine’s Kiara Johnson was named SIAC Women’s Newcomer of the Week.
